A local court has sought an action taken report from Delhi Police following a complaint of alleged corruption in purchase of medical equipment at AIIMS.
The court issued the order on Monday on the complaint filed by NGO Janhit Abhiyan which alleged wrongdoings in purchase of surgical, medical and sanitation equipment at the premier medical institute.
In the order, the court asked the Hauz Khas police station whether any action has been taken based on the complaint and whether any investigation has been conducted into the case.
