Anjar Road acquires 5.82 cr shares of Welspun Enterprises

Anjar Road Pvt Ltd will buy 5.82 crore shares of Welspun Enterprises from MGN Agro Properties Pvt Ltd as part of rejig of promoters' shareholding.

According to a BSE filing, Anjar Road Pvt Ltd will acquire 5,81,75,951 shares of the target company Welspun Enterprises from MGN Agro properties Pvt Ltd.

The transaction is part of "inter se restructuring of promoter shareholding" of Welspun Enterprises, it said.

The price at which the shares are proposed to be acquired is not applicable.

"This is a gift of shares," the filing said.
