Body recovered

suspected to have been strangled to death, was recovered today in Assam's Kamrup (Rural) district, police said.

The body with strangulation marks and head injuries was recovered near River Puthimari in Athara village under Rangiya police station.

The body has been identified as that of a private company employee Utpal Choudhury, sources added.
