J-K govt gifts Basholi paintings to tourists at Jammu Airport

MP Lal Singh gifted the paintings to tourists at Jammu Airport, where the Directorate of Tourism organised a function.

"This is a novel way adopted by the Tourism department to promote and market the dying indigenous art of Jammu province...We want that tourists from various parts of the country take these paintings to their home states in order to promote it," a tourism official said.
