Man shot dead, brother injured in attack

A 38-year-old man was today shot dead while his brother injured by unidentified men over a petty issue in Sarai Khwaja area of the district.
Nanhe Singh was shot dead and his brother Santosh Singh (35) was also shot at and injured when they had gone to settle a dispute regarding irrigation of their filed in Jamuhai village this afternoon, police said.
The duo were rushed to a hospital where Nanhe succumbed to the injuries, while his brother was being treated.
