Nicole Richie feels great about her body

The 30-year-old daughter of singer Lionel Richie, who found fame starring on 'The Simple Life' alongside Paris Hilton, said she is proud of the positive steps she has taken, reported Femalefirst.

"I feel great about my body. You know, aesthetically I can be picky, but I choose not to. I've taken huge leaps. I'm proud of that," she said.

Richie, who appears as a 'Fashion Star' mentor alongside Jessica Simpson, designer John Varvatos and host Elle MacPherson, said she feels healthy now.

"I work out and I get lots of sleep, so I feel great. And that is most important."
