Sheila Dikshit conferred honorary degree for promoting Urdu

The degree was received by S H Khan of Delhi Minorities Commission at a function last week as Dikshit could not travel to Aligarh as she was unwell, a statement issued by Dikshit's office said.

Khan today handed over the degree and citation to the Chief Minister at her office.
