Actress Thandie Newton is in negotiations to star in the Han Solo "Star Wars" spin-off movie.
Alden Ehrenreich is starring in the movie, which began shooting last week, with Phil Lord and Chris Miller directing, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The movie also stars Donald Glover, Emilia Clarke and Woody Harrelson.
Details of Newton's character were being kept locked tight.
