Ba, Jet Air Frequent Flyers Can Exchange Free Flights

The members of both programmes can now choose free flights on British Airways or travel on Jet Airways, provided they are Indian residents.
British Airways is the world's largest international passenger airline offering flights to 200 destinations across 83 countries.
The partnership with Jet, which operates 75 flights daily across a network of 20 destinations in India, will give British Airways a presence in the domestic aviation market.
Some time ago British Airways had been keen on entering into strategic alliances with private domestic airline companies.
However, it abruptly ruled out the possibility around July, this year.
Instead, the airline decided to opt for comparatively low-profile ventures like marketing tie-ups and frequent flyer programme agreements.
The frequent flyer programme reciprocity between the two airlines is the first of the many new benefits planned for customers through the new partnership.
