Icici Challenges Parasrampurias Moving Bifr

The Delhi High Court yesterday adjourned till November 20 a case filed by ICICI against Parasrampuria challenging the basis of the 15 month (ending June 30, 1997) balance sheet based on which Parasrampuria had gone to the BIFR.

ICICI has also moved the Mumbai High Court asking for a receiver to be appointed to recover the dues owed to it by Parasrampuria to the tune of Rs 107 crore. The Mumbai hearing is slated for today.
