News Corp To Retaliate Vs Time Warner

News Corp is planning retaliatory measures against Time Warner following Time Warner's decision to carry the MSNBC news channel on its cable system instead of News Corp's Fox News channel,the Wall Street Journal reported Friday. The article quoted a News Corp executive as saying the companynotified Time Warner that legal action would be pursued. News Corp will also file comments with the Federal Trade Commission, which recently approved Time Warner's $6.7 billion acquisition of Turner Broadcasting System.
