Reserve Bank Lists Crb Firms With Freeze Order

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued a list of 40 CRB group companies against which the Delhi High Court has issued orders to freeze accounts.

The Delhi High court had on Friday put a freeze on the accounts of these firms and barred all the banks and other financial institutions from dealing with them till June 18.

The RBI has advised the commercial banks to take necessary steps against these 40 companies. Following is the list of companies:

CRB Capital Markets, CRB Securities, Shree Bhikshu Foundation Ltd, R K Credit Company, CRB Share Custodian Services, Chamatkar Investment, CRB Corporation, Shyamkunj Granite, Ravitej Granite Ltd, CRB Unpaid Refund A/C, CRB Asset Management Company, Jai Tulsi Foundation, CRB Caps Sidbi Loan A/C, CRB Trustee, Ravitej Exports, CRB Share Broking, CRB Mutual Arihant Mangal, Shree Bhikshu Foundation Sangeeta Investment, Bill Finance Corporation, Pelicon Fabrics, Tuscon Exports, CRB Investment, Jalan Enterprises, R K Resources, Anandhyee India, Indramani India, Sidh Equipment, Spectrum Resources, Shrenik Commercial Company, Rajat Textile Company, Bharat Industries, Sugriva Investment and Finance, CRB Daewoo Securities, Hasya Trading and Investment, MSJ Finance, MKJ Capital Markets, Ashadeep Properties Global Finance Corporation.
