| Aditi Technologies, the Bangalore-headquartered outsourced product development firm, has acquired the intellectual property rights for MindAlign 6, an application for enterprise group chat, from Parlano, which was recently acquired by Microsoft. |
| As part of the deal, Aditi acquired 56 customers including five of the top seven global banks, who presently use MindAlign 6. |
| A majority of the customers are leading financial services firms spread across the US and Europe, including UBS, Lehman Brothers, Royal Bank of Scotland, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, HSBC, Bank of America, Wachovia, CIBC and Standard Chartered Bank, the company said in a statement. |
| Most of the customers rely on Mindalign 6 as their main communication channel and inter-team collaboration mechanism, where email is slow in being effective. |
