Besides, the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee is all set to take disciplinary against Eluru MLA Alla Nani, who met Jagan here today and later accompanied him to Dilkusha Guest House where he was being interrogated by the CBI, sources said.

Hari has been sailing with Jagan for a long time now but the Congress did not dare to take action against him.

Nani initially was on Jagan's side but later stayed "loyal" to the Congress. To the ruling party's shock, Nani landed in Jagan's Lotus Pond residence here this morning before the MP proceeded to the guest house to appear before the CBI. In fact, the MLA went to the guest house along with Hari as Jagan too reached there for questioning by CBI.

When questioned about Hari and Nani, PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana told reporters that the party would take disciplinary action against them. "We will act against any party leader who sides with Jagan," Botsa asserted.
