BS journalist wins award

Business Standard Principal Correspondent Namrata Acharya has won an award for business reporting in the third edition of the Journalism Awards. The judges’ panel for this year included photographer Raghu Rai, industrialist Harsh Neotia, writer Shirsendu Mukherjee, ex-cricketer and Indian cricket selector Sambaran Banerjee, journalists Geetesh Sharma and Pradipta Shankar Sen. KKN group of companies is the title sponsor of Journalism Awards 2010 along with Bengal Shriram, a realty firm, and ILEAD, an institute for management and media studies, as associate sponsors.
