Amrapali launches realty projects in Kochi, Mysore

The group announced its first project in Kerala at Aluva near here with an investment of Rs 200 crore. Anilkumar Sharma, CMD of the group, said the project with 250 apartments and a commercial complex would be completed by 2010. The group has acquired 2 acres at Aluva for the proposed project. Besides, it plans to build a 5-star hotel in Kochi. In Mysore, work on a residential-plus-commercial complex has already started, he told mediapersons on Sunday. Amrapali would enter major south Indian cities like Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Madurai soon. |
The group has a land bank of 5,000 acres in major cities like Lucknow, Bareilly, Muzaffarpur, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Raipur, Indore and Delhi.
