The US-based Cognizant Technology Solutions has an interesting story to tell of how the right recruitment from global management schools, leading consultancy companies and premier Indian management schools have enabled it to consistently raise its revenue bar this year.

Revenue forecasts at this Nasdaq-listed company were raised twice this year from $200 million to $218 million and then recently to $226 million.

Even during the most challenging times for the software industry, it has grown above industry average.

For the last three quarters, Cognizant
