Goli Vada Pav to foray in Gujarat

After its peers Jumbo King and Chatkazz, Mumbai-based quick service restaurant (QSR), Goli Vada Pav is now planning to foray in Gujarat and is eyeing 75 stores across cities like Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat.

"We have tasted success in states like Maharashtra, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, and now are looking to expand in North India. For this, we plan to foray into Gujarat and will look to tap the eating out culture in major cities like Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat. We are eyeing 75 stores in these three cities alone," said S Venkatesh, MD & CEO, Goli Vada Pav Pvt. Ltd.

 

Following the McDonald's model, Goli Vada Pav has tied up with Vista Foods for producing standardised, hygienic manner though an imported US-based technology.

Taking the franchisee route, Goli Vada Pav is in talks with potential partners for opening up stores in Gujarat. Currently, the company operates over 150 stores in 35 cities.
