RPower net up 3-fold to Rs 683 cr

Reliance Power today said its consolidated net profit jumped nearly three-folds to Rs 683.8 crore for the year ended March 31, 2010.The company had a net profit of Rs 244.5 crore in the year ended March 2009, Reliance Power said in a filing to BSE.

Total income rose to Rs 843 crore in 2009-10 from Rs 360 crore in the previous financial year.
