Pre-market: Expect a volatile day

The Sensex is likely to open on a flat note amid mixed cues from the global markets. However, the index has a very strong support at 13,500 on the downside. Only a break of 13,500 would be a cause for worry in the short-term.

The index is likely to face resistance around 13,740-13,755-13,765 levels, while on the downside the index may find support around 13,665-13,650-13,640 levels.
