Pre-market: Sensex likely to open flat

The Sensex is likely to open flat owing to lack of clear directions from the global markets.

The US markets ended on a flat note. While Nikkei has plunged 168 points to 17,239, the Hang Seng was up 10 points at 20,665.

The Sensex may face resistance around 14,520-14,535-14,550 levels. On the downside, the index is likely to find support around 14,435-14,420-14,410 levels.
