Bank of Rajasthan board clears 1:4 bonus

The board of directors of Bank of Rajasthan, which met today, approved a proposal to issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:4 i.e one bonus share for every four shares held.

According to a release issued by the bank to the BSE today, the meeting also recommended a dividend of 20% for FY07.
