MHA holds first round of tripartite talks with Govt. of Manipur and Kuki National Organisation (KNO) and United Peoples Front (UPF) of Manipur

The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India had decided to hold tripartite talks with Govt. of Manipur and Kuki National Organisation (KNO) and United Peoples Front (UPF) of Manipur. First round of talks was held at New Delhi today. KNO and UPF indicated their demands in the presence of senior representatives of Government of Manipur. Talks were held in a cordial atmosphere. Next round of talks will be held in consultation with Government of Manipur and KNO and UPF.
