NSEL inks pact with Belarus' commex

Financial Technologies-promoted National Spot Exchange Ltd, the country’s largest electronic commodity spot exchange, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange for facilitating trade with countries in the eastern Europe.
