Sensex up 260pts; 87% BSE stocks in green

The Sensex touched a high of 10,328, and is now up 260 points at 10,300.

HDFC has rallied 5.7% to Rs 1,079. Tata Motors has rallied 4.3% to Rs 795.

Satyam, HDFC Bank, Hindalco, Bajaj Auto, RCoVL, Tata Steel, Maruti and ONGC are up 3-4% each.

Dr.Reddy's has slipped 4.7% to Rs 1,284.

87% of the BSE stocks continue to trade in green. Out of 2,281 stocks traded so far, 1,981 have advanced, 268 have declined and 32 have unchanged.
