Sugar remains quiet on some support

The wholesale sugar market remained steady today as prices moved in a tight range on alternate small bouts of trading before ending at last levels.

Market analysts said demand was good but ample stocks position mainly held prices unmoved.

Sugar ready M-30 2,950-3,060 and S-30 2,925-3,025
Mill delivery M-30 2,800-2,940 and S-30 2,790-2,920
