The 28-year-old singer, who was the subject of Madonna's kiss as she danced around him during their performance while he sat in a chair, is believed to have loved the snogging, TMZ.com reported.
Drake said that he didn't expect the transfer of the cosmetic stuff, which is why he reacted the way he did.
It is not known whether the kiss was prearranged or impromptu.
