Vice-President presented with book based on study of ordinances in India

Vice President M. Hamid Ansari was presented with a book entitled "Presidential Legislation in India

The Vice President congratulated the author for bringing out such a useful book.

The book is the study of ordinances in India, centred around three main themes. It offers a detailed empirical account of ordinances, and the manner in which the constitutional provision has been used.
