Board of Borosil Renewables approves raising of capital up to Rs 500 cr

At meeting held on 25 August 2021

The Board of Borosil Renewables at its meeting held on 25 August 2021 has approved enabling resolution for raising of capital by the Company, for a sum of up to Rs. 500 crores, through either of the following: (a) public offer, (b) rights issue, (c) issuance of American Depository Receipts or Global Depository Receipts (d) issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, (e) qualified institutions placement, (d) preferential issue or through a combination thereof.
