D B Corp will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 May 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended on 31 March 2014 and to consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended on 31 March 2014.
