Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corp announces change in company secretary

With effect from 18 September 2015

Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corp announced that Tushar Dey, Executive Vice President - Legal & Company Secretary, designated as Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company effective close of business hours on 16 September 2015.

Mandar Velankar, Assistant Company Secretary will act as a Compliance Officer effective 18 September 2015 and will handle correspondence on behalf of the Company, until further notice.
