Globus Spirits will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2014 to consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and year ended on 31 March, 2014 and to consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2013-14 on the equity shares of the Company.
