Gujarat Gas Company announced that the Honorable High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, in its hearing on 30 March 2015, has sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement in nature of amalgamation of GSPC Gas Company, Gujarat Gas Company, Gujarat Gas Financial Services and GujaratGas Trading Company with GSPC Distribution Networks and Restructuring of share capital of GSPC Distribution Networks (the Scheme) under Sections 391 to 394 read with Section 100 to 103 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.The Company has received the oral order and awaits the written order.
