Ravalgaon Sugar Farm reschedules EGM

To be held on 10 April 2014

Ravalgaon Sugar Farm has announced that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members of the Company was called on 03 April 2014. However, due to absence of quorum the meeting in now adjourned and will be held on 10 April 2014 in terms of provisions of Articles of Association and The Companies Act.
