Real Estate shares fall
Real Estate stocks were trading in the negative zone, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index falling 9.91 points or 0.44% at 2255.63 at 13:48 IST.
Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, Sunteck Realty Ltd (down 2.75%), Godrej Properties Ltd (down 1.75%),Phoenix Mills Ltd (down 1.36%),Omaxe Ltd (down 1.04%),Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (down 0.18%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (down 0.08%), and DLF Ltd (down 0.06%).
On the other hand, Sobha Ltd (up 1.8%), Oberoi Realty Ltd (up 0.78%), and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd (up 0.23%) moved up.
At 13:48 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 49.59 or 0.12% at 41525.55.
The Nifty 50 index was down 15.6 points or 0.13% at 12230.2.
The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 73.25 points or 0.54% at 13621.06.
The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 12.66 points or 0.27% at 4759.11.
On BSE,1250 shares were trading in green, 1146 were trading in red and 172 were unchanged.
