Real Estate shares rise
Real Estate stocks were trading in the positive zone, with the S&P BSE Realty Index index rising 32.03 points or 1.39% at 2331.27 at 09:52 IST.
Among the components of the S&P BSE Realty Index index, DLF Ltd (up 2.25%), Phoenix Mills Ltd (up 2.12%),Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd (up 1.96%),Prestige Estates Projects Ltd (up 1.25%),Godrej Properties Ltd (up 0.88%), were the top gainers. Among the other gainers were Oberoi Realty Ltd (up 0.69%), Omaxe Ltd (up 0.52%), Sobha Ltd (up 0.16%), and Sunteck Realty Ltd (up 0.05%).
At 09:52 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 242.66 or 0.59% at 41137.04.
The Nifty 50 index was up 82.65 points or 0.69% at 12075.15.
The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 134.61 points or 0.93% at 14602.04.
The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 46.09 points or 0.92% at 5038.98.
On BSE,1105 shares were trading in green, 390 were trading in red and 54 were unchanged.
