Titagarh Wagons offers to sell 15.43 lakh shares of Cimmco

Cimmco announced that Titagarh Wagons, a part of the promoter group of Cimmco, being the selling promoter member has offered to sell 15,43,090 shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each representing 5.64% of the share capital of the Company on 27 December 2018 ("T day"), (for non-Retail Investors only) and on 28 December 2018 ("T +1 day") (for Retail Investors and non-Retail Investors who choose to carry forward their unallotted bids) through a sale on the separate window provided by BSE (the "Sale").
