Four Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) troopers were injured in a road accident in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district on Tuesday, police said.

The vehicle carrying CRPF troopers was hit by a crane passing on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway in Pampore town.

"Four CRPF troopers have been injured in this accident. They have been shifted to hospital for treatment," a police officer said here, adding that traffic on the busy national highway was halted for some time due to the accident.
