This refers to the report “ABG pulls out of Haldia on safety concerns” (November 1). Haldia is bearing the brunt of Mamata Banerjee’s unjustified decisions — much like the fate of Singur. How her decision will benefit the people of West Bengal is beyond one’s understanding. She should remember that without investors roping in money, neither can the state grow, nor can it be brought back on the path of industrialisation.
