Nitish demands 28 districts in Bihar to be declared flood-hit

The chief minister gave a power point presentation on the problems of siltation and irrigation and demanded that 28 of the 38 districts be recognised as flood-hit instead of 15 districts.

He also demanded constitution of a separate authority for distribution of the waters of the river Sone.
