Mulayam Attacks Congress, Bjp

Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh Yadav yesterday, at the start of his campaign in Uttar Pradesh, criticised both the Congress and the BJP .

He said the Congress was no force in the state and the contest was mainly between the BJP and the Samajwadi Party, Congress and others do not matter, he said. He did not mention Janata Dal in his forty minute speech.

He said the Congress manifesto was a maafinama. The Congress apologised to the Sikhs and the Muslims, but did not apologise to the people of India as a whole
