Q: You have taken over the airline at its worst ever phase. What are your priorities?
A: I think the priorities are fairly obvious. Yes, the airline is facing the worst ever financial crisis in its 65-year history. Our main priority is to stop the financial hemorrhage that is taking place. There is a mismatch between revenue earnings and the cost platform we have.
The other priority is to improve product quality. And the third would be to remain conscious of the fact that we work in a competitive and dynamic market environment
