Zenith Global Consultants will go public with a Rs 3.6 crore public issue. According to Hiru Bijlani, chief executive officer and managing director of the company, the issue is priced at Rs 20 which also includes a premium of Rs 10 per share. The company focusses web-based training programmes and software development.
