Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi, who will campaign in troubled Manipur on Tuesday, is expected to target the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP's) divisive politics in the poll-bound north-eastern state.
Sources said Rahul's campaign in the state capital, Imphal, has been planned on Tuesday amid security concerns and follows a rally by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 25, when the insurgents called for a state-wide bandh.
