Singer Robbie Williams says his daughter is ''destined'' for a showbiz career because she already loves being on stage. The 44-year-old singer, who has five-year-old daughter Teddy and three-year-old son Charlton with his wife Ayda Field, said that while he is trying his best to keep his family away from the spotlight, Teddy is already in love with it, reported Contactmusic. ''Teddy, our daughter, we're trying to keep her away from show business, but I think it's a useless thing we're trying to do. "She actually cries when I go on stage because she can't. She's already destined for a life in show business. But we shall see, who knows?'' Williams said.

As Cartoon Network's 'Adventure Time' ends its 10-season run on September 3, a DVD box set will be released on September 4 with Seasons 8 through 10.The fantasy show featured characters like Jake the Dog, who talks and can easily change into almost anything; Marceline the Vampire Queen; Princess Bubblegum; and Lady Rainicorn (half-rainbow and half-unicorn).Speaking about the fantastical character of the show, Adam Muto, the series showrunner, said that during the early days of the show, they had to fight. McCain buried at US Naval Academy

Late United States Senator, John McCain was on Sunday laid to rest in a private ceremony at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, next to his long-time friend and Naval Academy classmate Adm. Charles R. Prince Charles gets bespoke Tata Motors' electric Jaguar

Britain's Prince Charles has acquired the royal family's first electric car with a bespoke Tata Motors' Jaguar I-Pace in his favourite blue shade that has been made exclusively for him. The environmental campaigner, who has already installed solar panels on royal roofs and switched to low-energy light bulbs, will be handed the keys to the new 60,000-pound Jaguar I-Pace next week, the Sunday Times reported. Charles, the 69-year-old heir to the British throne, requested that his new Jag be painted in his preferred shade of Loire blue, a choice that will not be available to other buyers of the model. Mother, daughter die after being electrocuted by table fan

A woman and her daughter died after being electrocuted by a table fan on Sunday, police said. Amlavati Devi (30) and her daughter Antu (2) were sleeping in their home in Sonadih Bhagwanpur village when the fan fell on them, they said. "The incident took place on Sunday... The table fan fell on Amlavati Devi and Antu who were fast asleep. Both died as they came into contact with electricity," Superintendent of Police (Ballia) Shriparna Gongulee said. Police said Amlavati's mother-in-law Sushila Devi tried to save the duo but failed. She sustained burn injuries and was admitted to a local government hospital. The bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem examination, police said.

Notify rules on pet shops in 2 weeks or face action: HC to Centre

The Delhi High Court has granted two weeks time to the Centre to notify rules to regulate running of pet shops and warned that failure to do so could invite strict action against officials concerned. A bench of Chief Justice Rajendra Menon and Justice V K Rao passed the order after the central government sought two more weeks time to notify the rules. "Time of two weeks sought by the respondent 1 (Centre) is granted subject to the condition that if the rules are notified by the next date of hearing on September 17, we will consider taking strict action against officials concerned," the court said. The court was hearing a PIL by animal rights activist Gauri Maulekhi, seeking framing of rules under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act to regulate functioning of pet shops. She has alleged in her plea that animals were subjected to intense cruelty in several pet shops The high court had earlier also told the central government that it cannot wait "indefinitely" for finalising pet shop
