Tata Group hospitality firm Indian Hotels Company has increased its footprint to 380 hotels by launching properties at 100 new locations in FY2025. "IHCL in the last fiscal year has clocked a record 74 signings, resulting in an industry-leading pipeline of 137 hotels. This was enabled by IHCL's strong brand presence across market segments coupled with the sustained demand buoyancy," the company in a regulatory filing quoted its Executive Vice President - Real Estate & Development, Suma Venkatesh as saying. Trent's Q4FY25 standalone revenue increases 28.2% to Rs 4,334 crore

Tata Group retail firm Trent Ltd standalone revenue for the March quarter rose 28.2 per cent to Rs 4,334 crore, as per a quarterly update filed by the company on Saturday. For the financial year that ended on March 31, 2025, Trent's standalone revenue rose 39 per cent to Rs 17,624 crore. It was at Rs 12,669 crore a year ago in FY24. Trent's standalone revenue for the year-ago period was at Rs 3,381 crore, according to a regulatory filing from the company, which operates retail stores under the brand names as Westside, Zudio, and Star. This does not include the revenue of Trent from the overseas market, where it operates stores in some countries. "As of 31st March 2025, our store portfolio included 248 Westside, 765 Zudio(including 2 in UAE) and 30 stores across other lifestyle concepts," said Trent. Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd on Monday said it will acquire International Automotive Components Group Sweden AB (IAC Sweden), in a bid to strengthen its presence in Europe's automotive sector. This proposed acquisition reinforces Tata AutoComp's presence in Sweden and enhances the company's relationships with key European Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in both the passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle segments, further expanding its global footprint, the company said in a statement. The company, however, did not disclose any financial details. IAC Sweden has a turnover of approximately USD 800 million and is a well established manufacturer of interior systems and components to the automotive industry, it added.
