Home sales in key regions decline

Home sales in the key markets of the National Capital Region (NCR) and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) continue to decline. According to PropEquity, NCR saw a drop of 42 per in the absorption of homes in the January-August period, compared to the year-ago period. Absorption in MMR fell 34 per cent.
