Anant Raj announces resignation of MD, CEO and Joint CFO
Anant Raj announced that Anil Sarin, the Managing
Director, and Amar Sarin, the CEO and Whole Time Director, of the Company have
resigned on account of personal reasons w.e.f. 28 December 2020.
Further, Anil Mahindra, the Joint Chief Financial Officer of the Company has also resigned from his office w.e.f 28 December 2020.
