Board of HB Portfolio recommends dividend

Of Rs 1.50 per share

HB Portfolio announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2014, inter alia, have recommended dividend at the rate of Rs 1.50 per Equity Share (i.e. 15%) for the year ended 31 March 2014. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid / dispatched within thirty days thereof.
