JM Financial allots 3.24 lakh equity shares under ESOP

JM Financial has allotted 3,24,684 equity shares of the face value of Re.1 each under ESOS.

Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs.95,22,23,242/- representing 95,22,23,242 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1- each.
